1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, products and quantities, payment method, and any email address or delivery notes you provide. We also maintain the order reference, amount and status.
For an enquiry or consultation request, we collect the contact details and message you choose to submit. A message may contain health information. Please share only what is needed for the initial request and avoid uploading or sending sensitive medical records through general enquiry channels.
Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver the service and prevent abuse.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, arrange appointments, assess the next steps for care, process and deliver orders, verify payment, provide order support, manage complaints, prevent misuse and maintain records required by applicable law.
Submitting an enquiry or order does not subscribe you to marketing. Any optional marketing communication requires a separate choice where required by law.
3. Who may receive information
Relevant clinic personnel and service providers may receive the information necessary for their role. These may include website hosting and order-management providers, couriers, and payment or communication providers.
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect legal rights. Where information is shared for care, it should be limited to the purpose and handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.
4. Payments, browser storage and external services
The website offers UPI and cash-on-delivery options. It does not ask you to enter a card number, UPI PIN or banking password in the order form. Never send these credentials to the clinic.
Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage under “nav-cart”. You can remove it by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser. This does not delete orders already submitted to the clinic.
An embedded Google Map can send your IP address and browser information to Google when loaded. If you follow a WhatsApp, Google Maps or other external link, that provider’s own privacy terms apply. Providers may process data outside your location.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry, order and care records are retained for the service purpose and any applicable medical, accounting, tax or legal requirements. Contact the clinic about the retention period that applies to a particular record.
Access and handling should be restricted to what is necessary for the relevant purpose. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages or delivery notes.
6. Requests and choices
You may contact the clinic to ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for optional uses. We may need to verify your identity. Deletion may be limited by legal retention duties or records needed to complete an existing service or resolve a dispute.
A parent or lawful guardian should handle requests and orders for a child. Do not send another person’s health information unless you are authorised to act for them.
7. Contact and updates
Use the clinic contact details below for privacy questions or complaints. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not include passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary medical records.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. A revised policy does not remove rights you have under applicable law.
