The checkout currently accepts Indian delivery addresses and six-digit PIN codes. Serviceability depends on the location and courier. International delivery is not promised by the website; ask the clinic before placing a request for an overseas address.

2. Dispatch and delivery estimates

Dispatch is subject to availability, order acceptance and any payment verification. The clinic confirms the expected dispatch and delivery schedule for the order. This website does not promise a fixed dispatch time or guaranteed arrival date.

If delivery timing is essential, confirm it with the clinic before ordering. Delays should be communicated, and your applicable rights remain available if an order is not delivered as agreed.

3. Charges and tracking

Any delivery charge must be explained and agreed before payment or dispatch. Contact the clinic if checkout or order confirmation does not clearly state whether delivery charges apply.

Ask the clinic for dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available. An order reference is not a courier tracking number.

4. Address accuracy and receipt

Check the recipient name, phone number, street address and PIN code before submitting. Contact the clinic promptly to request a correction. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier and must be confirmed.

Check the outer packaging and product details when the order arrives. Keep the packaging and contact the clinic if an item is damaged, incorrect, expired, missing or has a broken seal. Photographs can help the investigation but do not replace your statutory rights.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

Contact the clinic if delivery fails or an agreed estimate is missed. Any redelivery charge must be explained before you agree to it. Cancellation, replacement or refund requests are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
