1. Website information and medical care
Website articles and product descriptions provide general information. They are not an individual diagnosis, prescription or guarantee of results. Use medicines according to the current pack label and your treating clinician’s advice.
A website enquiry does not establish a treatment relationship or confirm an appointment. Care decisions may require examination, reports, tests or referral. Do not use this website for emergencies or delay urgent medical assessment.
2. Your information and use of the website
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and order only for yourself or someone you are authorised to represent. A parent or lawful guardian should act for a child.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit deceptive requests, or upload harmful material. Contact the clinic if you discover an error affecting your order or request.
3. Orders and availability
Submitting an order creates an order request. Availability, payment verification and order acceptance may require clinic review. An order reference alone does not mean an item has been dispatched.
If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, the clinic will explain the available options. A material change to the item or amount requires your agreement. Payments for orders that cannot be supplied are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Review the amount and payment method before submitting an order. Any additional delivery charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment or dispatch; it must not be added without your agreement.
The current checkout applies a 10% payment-method adjustment to UPI orders and shows the resulting total. Cash-on-delivery orders use the displayed product total. The confirmed order amount is shown on the order screen.
Follow only the payment instructions associated with your confirmed order. Do not pay twice if an order or payment status is unclear; contact the clinic with the order reference.
5. Appointments and consultation fees
Appointment availability, suitability for remote assessment, fees and any cancellation conditions must be confirmed before a paid appointment is accepted. No consultation fee or cancellation penalty is set by this website policy.
Remote assessment has limitations, and an in-person examination may be necessary. A clinician may recommend further assessment or decline a service that is unsuitable.
6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery depends on stock, address serviceability, payment verification and courier arrangements. Read the Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy before ordering.
Nothing in these terms excludes remedies available under applicable consumer law for defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, misdescribed or otherwise deficient goods or services.
7. Content, external services and legal rights
Website text, artwork and branding must not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to external services are subject to those services’ own terms.
Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. These terms do not restrict access to a competent consumer forum, court or other lawful complaint mechanism, or exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Questions and complaints
Contact the clinic using the details below with your order reference or appointment details and a description of the concern. For consumer complaints, acknowledgement and resolution must follow applicable legal requirements, including the 48-hour acknowledgement and one-month redressal requirements where applicable.
The clinic contact below is the current channel for enquiries and complaints. Please include your preferred contact details so the clinic can follow up.
